Genre writing: This week we finally have access to the ipads and will hopefully transform our wonderful narrative writing into awesome animations with voice overs. We have been waiting for the brand new set of ipads and they arrived on Friday!

Problem solving: We will be working in an Easter Egg packing factory. How can we pack the orders using our place value knowledge?
Inquiry
Last week we conducted our first investigation into the transfer of heat using blu-tac and our hands. We had to record like scientists using a table and tools such as thermometers and timers. It certainly was a challenge!
We will practice our investigation skills again this week using some ice cubes.

A permission note for our Science excursion to Wayville show grounds was sent home on Friday. Please return as soon as possible. We already have 3 parent volunteers…thank you.
